Talofa Lava and warm Pacific greetings, It is our pleasure to invite you to register for the Pacific Island Society for Emergency Care (PISEC) Scientific Conference & Annual General Meeting 2026. Samoa is honoured and delighted to host colleagues, partners, and friends from across the Pacific and around the world for this important gathering. We look forward to welcoming you with our Pacific spirit of hospitality as we come together to share knowledge, strengthen partnerships, and advance emergency care for our communities. This meeting brings together clinicians, educators, leaders, and organisations committed to building strong and sustainable emergency care systems for our people. Your participation is an important part of this shared regional effort. We are truly honoured to gather in Samoa and look forward to meeting in the spirit of partnership and unity as we strengthen the Pacific ECO system working together for our people.

Call for abstract submissions:
This year's conference theme is 'Strengthening the Pacific ECO System: Working Together for our People' with topics including:

Collaboration and partnership

International Participants • USD $300
Regional Participants (Pacific Island Countries) • USD $150 Doctors
Regional Participants (Pacific Island Countries) • USD $75 - Nurses
Samoa Delegation • USD $50
Students & Invited Speakers • Free Registration (Dinner not included)
PISEC Membership Fee (Optional) • USD $30
PISEC Hosted Conference Dinner An official PISEC Conference Dinner will be held during the conference. Additional Cost: US $50 - Dinner ticket must be selected during registration - Dinner fee is separate from conference registration

SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY:
PISEC have launched an expressions of interest process for full travel scholarships to attend the PISEC Conference.

Applicants must:
Be a registered healthcare professional
Be currently practicing in an eligible Pacific Island Country (American Samoa, Cook Islands, Fiji, FSM, Kiribati, Nauru, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, RMI, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu)
Be working in emergency, critical, acute or pre-hospital care, or in a disaster setting
Have employer endorsement to attend
Have a passport that expires in or after March 2027
