PISEC’s mission is to:
Advance the creation and growth of high-quality emergency care through education and standards in the Pacific.
Lead collaboration and networking to establish universal equality in emergency services and care in the Pacific.
Support the development of pre-hospital care systems and emergency response to climate change and man-made disasters in the Pacific.
PISEC's mission aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the World Health Organization (WHO) global strategic goal for the Pacific, acknowledging that emergency care is an integral component of the foundation for a healthcare system capable of responding effectively and delivering safe services to any emergency events that our Pacific Island Countries are vulnerable to.
