PISEC officially registered as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) on October 9, 2024. Guided by their constitution, PISEC will serve as a representative body, directing policymakers and funding agencies to enhance emergency care (EMC) systems throughout the Pacific.

With the assistance of the executive team and a network of emergency care professionals, PISEC will utilize this framework to monitor progress and assess outcomes in key areas, including policy reform, workforce development, system strengthening, and community engagement. Regular assessments and feedback loops will ensure PISEC's activities stay aligned with our vision and mission, driving ongoing improvements in emergency care systems throughout the Pacific.
