The Regional Emergency and Critical Care Systems Strengthening Initiative (RECSI) is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for an English Language Provider for the delivery of English language training to Hospital Nacional Guido Valadares (HNGV) Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit staff as part of the overall program objectives of RECSI.

RECSI is implemented in Timor-Leste by Menzies School of Health Research, Timor-Leste (Menzies Timor-Leste).

The provider will be required to design a tailored course and schedule for the specific context; implement the syllabus; and evaluate participants (for instance, through a course completion examination). The provider will consult with HNGV department leaders and the RECSI Project Coordinator to ensure the course is fit for purpose and meets the needs of participants.
